Artscape 2026 Lineup, Food Vendors, Film Screenings & Festival Preview

If you know me, Artscape has always been one of my favorite festivals. I’m really looking forward to seeing how the festival setup comes together this year compared to past years. What I’ve always loved about Artscape is the diversity of the arts—dance, street performers, experimental art, live music, visual arts, and the unexpected moments you discover just walking around.

This will be the second year that Artscape takes place downtown instead of in its longtime home in the Arts District. I’ll be honest, I’m still one of the people hoping it eventually returns to the Arts District because of the mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, the walkability, and the ability to step into restaurants, bars, and venues throughout the weekend experience.

That said, I’m also open-minded and interested to see how the festival continues to evolve downtown over a two-day period compared to the traditional three-day format that, at its peak, drew more than 350,000 attendees. Either way, I’m excited to experience the art, the performances, the culture, and the energy that always makes Artscape feel like Baltimore at its best.

Check out this year lineup of performers.

ABOUT

Ever since I borrowed a camera from a friend of mine eight years ago, I have loved sharing what I see through the lens of my camera with the world. There is nothing better than making somebody feel like they were right there with you. A brief moment in time, by way of photography, can say so much. I hope that these brief moments in time point people in the direction of someplace, something, or someone that they may not be aware of, and that they are curious enough to go see for themselves.
