A couple of major food & beverage festivals will take center stage in Baltimore and in D.C. this weekend. In Baltimore, the Chesapeake Crab & Beer Festival will take place on Rash Field located at the Inner Harbor, and in D.C. the Giant National BBQ Battle will take place on Pennsylvania Avenue in the heart of the district. Giant National BBQ Battle
A combination of a food and music festival, the Giant BBQ Battle offers a sampling pavilion, 3 performance stages, a health and wellness stage, and of course a BBQ battle.

Maryland Vintage Wine & Jazz Festival
21 wineries will be on hand at the Maryland Vintage Wine & Jazz Festival along with a few beer and spirit distillers. 5 bands will offer up the soundtrack for the day from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

World Heritage Festival
Enjoy cultural performances and food from around the world. In addition, more than 60 artists will have everything from fine art to jewelry, ceramics to crafts, on display and on sale. There will also be a Kids Zone with activities and games available throughout the day. This event is free and open to the public.
