This weekend means the start of music festival season for those of us in the Baltimore/DC metro area. Frozen Harbor Music Festival will take place this weekend in Baltimore. This Friday, February 16 and Saturday, February 17, 100+ local, regional, and nation acts will perform on 10 stages in downtown Baltimore’s Power Plant Live dining and entertainment destination.
