Artscape 2016, the largest free arts festival in the country, was a hot one, but it was worth it. This years Artscape theme was Space. Street theatre, visual art exhibits, Artscape After Hours, the artist market, opera, kidscape, plays, gamescape, impromptu pop-up performances, inter-active performance art, LOL @ Artscape, DJ’s, food and drink, and more once again shut down a majority of the arts district in Baltimore.
