Artscape 2015, the largest free arts festival in the country, once again did not disappoint. This years Artscape was the biggest to date. Dance, street theatre, concerts, art, opera, children’s activities, plays, impromptu pop-up performances, inter-active performance art, comedy, DJ’s, food, and drink covered and shut down a majority of the arts district in Baltimore.
