Last weekend, the Silopanna Music Festival took place at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds. The festival featured a mix of 20 local, regional, and national bands. Included in this years festival line-up were the Flaming Lips, Dashboard Confessional (this was the first live show that they played together in years), Matt & Kim, Colony House, Eric Hutchinson, Jimmie’s Chicken Shack, and Sweet Lida to name a few. The festival was produced by the Rams Head Group who are responsible for providing the region with hundreds of concerts each year at Rams Head Live, Rams Head Onstage, and Pier Six Pavilion.
In case you were wondering, Silopanna is Annapolis spelled backwards. Annapolis is the home of the first Rams Head establishment, Rams Head Tavern. Enough words, below are photo highlights from this years Silopanna Music Festival. Enjoy!
