Waka Flocka Flame made a stop at The Howard Theatre on Wednesday, January 22. What was suppose to be a concert turned into one big house party with Waka Flocka turning The Howard Theatre into “Flocka’s House”.

After the highly energetic rapper from Atlanta, GA, launched into his first song, he wasted no time stepping down from the stage and into the middle of the crowd. Following the first song, and a brief break in the music, Flocka yelled out “I’m going to do the whole show in the crowd.” He didn’t do the whole show in the crowd. However, he spent the next 20 minutes performing in the crowd before heading back to the stage and inviting people to join him.

Those who attended this show got their money’s worth and more. See for yourself in the photos below.

ABOUT

Ever since I borrowed a camera from a friend of mine eight years ago, I have loved sharing what I see through the lens of my camera with the world. There is nothing better than making somebody feel like they were right there with you. A brief moment in time, by way of photography, can say so much. I hope that these brief moments in time point people in the direction of someplace, something, or someone that they may not be aware of, and that they are curious enough to go see for themselves.
