The headliner for the opening night for Artscape 2011, America’s largest free arts festival, was Fantasia. She is known for saying, “I like to get ugly on the stage, give people their money’s worth”. Since Artscape is free, she definitely gave the capacity hill side crowd their money’s worth and more.
