Residents of the District will have a chance to hear and see the Mayor and the City Council Chairman debate again when they go at it at the Newseum on Wednesday, September 1 at noon. The debate will be streamed live on washingtonpost.com, broadcast on WAMU 88.5 later that same day and on NBC4 the following day.
