Jay-Z at the 1st Mariner Arena

Jay-Z performs during his Fall Tour 2009 at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, MD on Wednesday, October 28, 2009.

The 25 city college concert tour started on October 9, 2009 at Penn State University and will end on November 22, 2009 in Austin, Texas. The tour also serves as a platform for Jay-Z to promote “The Blue Print Three” and it also serves as a coming out party for new artist J-Cole and D.C.’s own Wale to showcase their talents.

Also on the bill for the night was N.E.R.D., the rock/hip hop fronted by Pharrell Williams.
