The Rebirth Brass Band is a New Orleans Brass Band founded in 1982 by tuba/sousaphone player Philip Frazier, his brother Keith Frazier, trumpeter Kermit Ruffins and other musicians while attending Joseph S. Clark Senior High School in New Orleans.
